5. AI-Assisted Tools
Optimise may use artificial intelligence systems to analyse laboratory results and generate health insights.
AI-generated outputs:
- Are assistive in nature
- May not be error-free
- Do not constitute medical diagnosis unless reviewed by a licensed practitioner
You acknowledge and accept the limitations of AI-assisted analysis.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide truthful and accurate information
- Not to upload false, misleading, or fraudulent medical data
- To maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Not to misuse or attempt to compromise platform security
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, software, scoring methodologies, and analytical systems are owned by or licensed to Optimise.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The platform and all content, tools, analytics, AI-generated outputs, health scores and insights are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Optimise makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of any information or health-related output generated through the platform.
You acknowledge that:
- The platform provides informational and analytical tools only;
- AI-generated outputs may contain errors or inaccuracies;
- Any health decisions made based on platform content are made at your sole risk.
Optimise shall not be liable for:
- Any medical decisions, treatments, or actions taken or not taken based on platform information;
- Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;
- Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity.
To the extent liability cannot be excluded but may be limited, Optimise's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you (if any) during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
However: Nothing in these Terms shall limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection, healthcare, or data protection laws in your country of residence.

Users acknowledge that:
